    Baguette

Hi would tuna and chicken breast on a multi grain baguette be any good whilst bulking/cutting (I know some people dont believe in doing this at the same time but that is only opinion) and also if i had a birds eye crispy chicken would it kinda cancel it out if i did an extra session of cardio to make up for it?

I think the baguette would be ok for bulking, not cutting, even PWO.

Not even gonna entertain the question about the chicken. If you're serious about your body, you already know the answer.

Bro it's not my style to put guys down but you really need to do some research about food and nutrition. Birds eye processed food and stuff like John west light lunch trays are not the foods which anyone serious about bbing would even look at. Those pre prepared lunch trays are for average joes who are either not educated about nutrition or don't give a fvck, they won't give you what you need to build muscle. Forget about taste, you're eating to build a body not to satisfy your taste buds, just prepare, chew and swallow.

the salmon lunch is as follows

    protein 13.2g
    carbs 33.6g
    fat 1.4g
    of which saturate 0.2g
    fibre 7.4g

this doesnt seem bad to me?
fair enough the birds eye chicken are crap hence why i was asking fi cardio could possbly make up for it

i still have as my main protein source
    tuna
    chicken breast
    salmon
    lean beef
    egg white x 8

    as for carbs
oats in the morning and sometimes after workout
    my multi grain baguette
and a sh*t load of veggies throughout the day

my nutrition knowledge isnt the best, granted, but as my name suggests im just studying it,
i dont know if you agree but im just trying to get lots of protein with reasonable carbs and am doin 2 sessions of cardio a day 4-5 times a week my goal is not to get huge but to get top heavy (good v taper)

    ^^^ THIS

Bro, it's not just about whether the macros are bad or not, it's about the food being processed dirty crap. Try your best to stick with whole natural foods. If you can't kill it, pick it, grow it, etc, you shouldn't put it in your body if you're serious about BB.

Granted, there are always times you will, I drink a diet soda every day. The point is not to make these things staples in your diet, have them once in a while for convenience sake, or just for a break.

Not to beat a dead horse but putting in another bump for the excellent advice you've just been given.
If you can't stomach plain whole, non-processed foods - learning how to season, marinate, and cook them properly is the answer.
