I personaly only have done one and a half cycles.. So some of my info is rather outdated. Saying you can gain 20lbs and keep most of it on that cycle is completley within reason if done properly.. so which advice in particular are you refering to?
However, i do feel that certain things are bendable with in a small degree.. All i mean by that is certain things are not black and white since everyone is a bit different. i.e. people in here that say don't do a bulking cycle until your body fat is 15% or lower.. or certain other little things. I know that all the advice given here by the vets is the RIGHT advice, but not everyone in here is trying to be 265lbs 9% bodyfat.. I would imagine a majority of these guys asking these questions want to be in shape but are not trying to be profesional body builders.
I would also hope that people here would have enough sense to notice my measly 60 posts and the fact i joined last month into consideration when weighing opinions.
