Hey guys new here, signed up to learn more. Anyways I've been working out since I was 15, now 22. I used to weigh around 100lbs. Was real skinny, doctors thought I had a problem. Anyways I broke the barrier during high school. In 1 year I gained to 125lbs to 130lbs. Another year to 160lbs. Then my max was 180lbs, but was a real real dirty bulk, which took me around 3-4 months to get to 180 from 150 or so. I worked my ass off and ate everything in site, but no cardio. My face got chubby, etc.
Anyways I aways thought I had low test due to all this hard work and no results. So 3 years ago I had my test levels checked:
Testosterone, Serum - 436ng/dL
Free Testosterone (Direct) - 14.7pg/mL
He said im in the normal range. and the ranges are 241 - 827. I still think they are low. Now my uncle and father, both have low test levels as well, which got me thinking...People from bb forums back then told me to see an endo, so they can prescribe something. Only thing is I want to not shut down, is there a way to raise levels to around 800-1000ng/dl and not shut down? Or come back to normal and cycle? What do you guys think? Tomorrow I'm expecting new test results.
