Hello guys,
I had an old profile here, when i tried to put it back up i couldn't :S
I am 6 days away from a photo shoot and I was talking with several bodybuilders etc about how i should arrange my diet for this week and all of these had their opinion :S. Is this diet good for my last 6 days?
meal 1: 6 egg whites, 6 rice cakes
meal 2: Protein Isolate
meal 3: Chicken Breast 4 rice cakes
meal 4: PWO: Protein Isolate + 6 rice cakes
meal 5: Chicken Breast
+ 5 litres of water each day
I was told I cannot have any nuts (almonds) , I one guy told me to drop the egg whites and the protein isolate and replace these with chicken breast or fillet steak.
Please help guys
