Im a 35 yr old male I weigh 215 and Im 68 1/2 inches. I want to tone up but dont want to really gain a lot of size due to bad knees. Ive never tried anything before and after researching different things Im leaning towards Anavar and Clen. Right now Im looking at taking 20mg at 5am with Clen and working out around 7am then 20 mg about 8 hours later. I drink a protein shake for breakfast around 9 am then have another for lunch and a 3rd in the late afternoon. At dinner time around 8pm I have high protein/ low carb meals. Im taking 1800 mg of fish oil and 1000mg of potassium a day as well. Is there anything else I should be taking? How long would a good cycle be? What should I take after a cycle? I like to have a few beers here and there do I need to totally cut beer out or is the dosage low enough where a few beers wont hurt my liver? Whats an average price for Var? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
