Hi this is my diet ,
Does it need work ?
7 am -Meal 1 - oats with skimmed milk, apple, protein shale
10am-Meal 2 - chicken baguette , rice cakes , 600ml of milk (skimmed )
1pm-meal 3- jacket potatoe with butter,cheese,chicken protein shake
5pm -rice cakes ,milk
WORKOUT
7pm - pasta with dolmeo tomato sauce and bacon
+ protein shake.
9pm - glas of milk .
