calling people that are gyno prone.

just say you are gyno prone.

What do you do? just have a shitload of ai's etc to combat it or simple not cycle at all?

Depends on current BF% to begin with, IMO. If you're pretty low I wouldn't worry as much, but would probably still keep some A-dex on hand. if BF is relatively high (15% plus) for cycling, i'd consider cutting first.

my last cycle I was at 13-14%BF and found out the hard way that I was very gyno prone. Arimidex wasn't enough alone. Although, I wasn't prepared so I didn't run a high dose at first.

I run adex to combat gyno. Test only cycles also. I had to get gyno surgery about 5 years ago from cycling test/tren.

I like running exemestane during cycle, definitely my favorite ai to use.

my last cycle, i would say i was 13-15% and it was more noticeable for me.

next cycle will be a bulker, and im currently jamming in food like a sloth..... so im gonna have to keep an AI on hand, and keep an eye on it.
