    New Cycle

    Okay guys

I finished my cycle 4 weeks ago that was test only for 10 weeks ..

I faced some water retention problems and libido and errecrtion during the last weeks.

My question is when is it okay to start a new cycle ?

And any suggestions as of to what would be a decent cycle

In a few months get blood work and see how you have recovered. Use the time to plan your next cycle.

I would say wait a minimum of 10 weeks before going back on depending on your blood work.

yes.. to see if your levels are back where they should be... or were before your cycle.. you basically just want to give yourself enough time to get back to normal.. usually (time on + pct = time off) that is a basic rule of thumb, but everyone is different, so to be on the safe side you should get a blood test

Time on = time off is not accurate, and yes he is using a pct.
