Strange side effects-help!!!!!

Hey guys,

I am a 30 year old guy named Lawrence and I am 5'8 and I am 170 pounds and 25% bodyfat.
I started my 1st cycle with 2,000 MG of Test E and I have been injecting it into my arm veins and I am getting good results but I start to sweat a lot and cant sleep.
Yesterday I puked out foam and my good friend told me to take Nolvadex with anadrol 50s every morning on an empty stomach. I am taking 8 pills of anadrols and 5 nolvadexes. I have pains in my back and it is difficult to piss.
I am not sure what to do so if anyone can help me please do!!!!
