carrots
250mls whole milk
4.30pm
can of tuna
half can of sweetcorn
2 slices of wheaten bread
250mls whole milk
6.30pm
protein shake
8pm
chicken breast
pasta
kiwi
500ml whole milk
11pm
2 whole eggs (raw)
500mls whole milk
any advice on this diet as im sure it could greatly be improved??
