    Sore legs..after pinning.

Just started pinning on wednesday and soreness is still there, i cant fully bend my knees w/o insane pain on my tighs...Cant walk downhill w/o limping...

I dnt mind the soreness but I play soccer competitive twice a week. And this soreness prevents me from running etc...

I pinned left leg yesterday and today soreness on my left as well...I am thinkin pinning glutes but then i will have sittin problems? and if i do shoulder will have lifting problem? So im kinda optionless.

    Is this normal?

I am pinning test prop 100mg EOD.

If you're using prop, you should be using several injection sites.

If you search on here for "prop pain" you come up with tons of helpful threads on the subject.

    Some options:

Inject every day to reduce the volume of injections.

Cut the prop with some sterile oil to reduce the sting.

    Inject slower.

Man up. The injections will get easier (less painful) as the cycle continues.

there is no science that i know of behind this.. but i always injected the bodypart i was going to lift that day.. which i suppose would be impossible for Prop.. but i noticed that doing legs after a leg injection tenderized my legs thus the soreness went away faster.. But with something like Prop i recomend you do what D7M suggests... or if your chest is big enough you can inject there as an additional site..
    so perhaps do

legs on your glute/quads injection day
    shoulders on Delt injection day
    Chest on Pectorial injection day

for some reason this worked well for me when i did it.. i think the muscle absorbs the steroids better since it is broken down.. but again as i said there is no science behind this at all, but i swear by it

From experience and knowlege. youre gonna have some soreness. As long as theres no signs of infection. intramuscular soreness is totally normal.

Try injecting in glutes. Dont push the plunger too fast or you could cause tissue damage and pain.

D7M is right. They get less painful.

    I disagree.

I pinned my calf one time and told myself never again. It was incredibly painful and hard to walk.

I got tried of pinning shoulders and decided to try my calf again. This time I did it right before the gym. I got in the gym and did legs. At the end I lit up my calves with 4 sets of seated calf press and 4 sets standing calf raise to failure. My calf was much more noticeably comfortable and I was able to walk without looking like I had some kind of deficiency.

1:1 ration w/ cotton or grape seed oil.
Sleep with heating pads at night on the pin area
Pre-warm oil to let the juice disperse easier
Inject in the muscle prior to training that muscle to let the oil disperse easier
Massage thoroughly 5-8 minutes to let the oil disperse easier
Wait it out, for most the pain will subside (as stated earlier)
Rotate spot injections, specifically upper body locations due to your soccer issues.

HawaiianPride is right. Prop is a little thick. warming up in pool of warm water will do the trick. Personally i whine like a girl with needles. Pain should subside within couple of days.
also try a pain reliever muscle rub.
