I am 23 and 5ft6 and i weigh 76kg's i dont know my body fat percentage i can just about pinch and inch on my stomach i can see my abs, i know that mite not be much help thou. My diet is clean too, if anything i have had to up my intake to keep wieght on never thought i would see the day :-) I have done two winni cycles,tabs 30mg a day (two one month cycles), I want to take it to the next level but i dont what to be a monster i want to be about 80kgs of muscle, any help would be much appricated thanks.

Just eat more man. 4kg's doesn't require another cycle. Increase your macros.

you can do that with diet and exercise in a few months.. gie us detailed info of both in the appropriate sectoins of this board and we will all be more than happy to help you

You can reach your goals in a few months with proper dieting and training, without gear. Hard work and self discipline bro. Best of luck.
