Quick question..I've been using my heart rate monitor and to get me between 129-139 I have to have my treadmill set on 3.8mph and and a 10.0 incline..does this sound right? I feel as if my hrm may be wrong..thanks

Take your pulse manually and double check it. 3.8 @10 degrees is hard work if you are doing it for an extended length of time. If you are in good cardiovascular condition those numbers shouldnt be too far off. 3.4 @ 8 degrees puts me in the low 120's and I am old.
