So since I need to stop mid-cycle because of my emergency appendectomy whats the best way to make the best out of a bad situation?
So i'll be starting pct the end of next week and shortly after that i'll be able to lift again.
What should i eat over these next few weeks of no lifting also, once i get back into the gym what should be my goals with lifting?
