My question is it recommended to use Slingshot Training while not using any AAS. I am trying to build up a solid frame and I still have at least another year ahead of me before I run my 1st cycle, but I'd like to know if this is going to be the best recommended training I can do. I have just switched over to this style of training 3 weeks ago because I read somewhere that you can use Slingshot even if you are not on a cycle. I have not yet started a deload.
I want to say that I read somewhere that the deload process only works while on AAS.
Can someone clear this up for me?
