Noob here just trying to learn more about taking care of my body.
Here are my stats ---sigh---
Age: 42
Height: 6'2
Weight: 224
Bf%: 19.2 (probably not the most accurate)
Cycle history: TRT for 3 months
Years training: 3 months
I have trained in the past but gave up when I got married. Gained about 40 lbs over the last 5-6 years. I have some bone loss from taking certain meds throughout my life. I'm looking to lower my BF%, with a little mass. I'm in a city near Phoenix and love my day job.
