Okay guys, i need any and every suggestion out there
i currently weigh 188 lbs at 6'2
im startin up a new year in collage and want to put on as much weight as possible. Ive never done a bulk diet to much of an extent becaus i feel that im only putting on fat. Now im to the point where i dont care, i just wanna put on as much mass as possible if fat comes with that so be it.
thats why they invented cardio rite?
the times i can eat at are
6:00 -6:45 a.m.
8:55 -9:45 a.m.
10:45 -11:15 a.m.
12:50 -1:45 p.m.
then at 3:00 p.m. i am free from classes untill i go to sleep after that which is about 10:30 p.m.
