ok, so going to be starting
12wks of test cyp (500 MG week)
6 wks of Dbol (35 MG ED)
7 AM
2 scoops whey, oatmeal, a banana
10 AM
2 cans of tuna, light mayo, whole wheat bread
12 PM
chicken breast or ground beef, green veggies, whole wheat bread
3 PM
2 can of tuna, light mayo, eaten out of the can
6 PM
pre workout shake, 2 scoops whey
8 PM
post workout shake, 2 scoop whey, some carbs
9 PM
usually will just eat chkn breast, green veggies, and whole wheat bread
11 PM
3 scoops whey, bedtime within the next hour
I also eat whatever else comes my way in the inbetween time. It's usually just small snacks, like nuts, maybe natural peanut butter scoops, etc.
