It's called Stutter. I thought it was new Radiohead for a while but guess what? It's Andy Stachansky. Shut up all of you. Anyway, I normally like harder stuff, such as TOOL and Chevelle and the like but the man's got talent. If you're into catchy tunes, guitar stuff then check it out. Also, if you like harder shit then I highly recommend the new Chevelle. Amazing album.

I think its spelled Stochansky. He's Canadian and used to be the drummer for Ani DiFranco.

I couldnt find Andy Stokhansky's new song, but i found another one on kazza, and he is very talented.

Never heard of Chevelle, but i just downloaded about 10 chevelle songs and their awesome.
