    Need help for a proper cycle for september

    Hi,
    I'm planning on taking a cycle for this september. Basically almost everyone in my gym takes or has taken a cycle. However, I'm not trying to injure or hurt myself. I'm just trying to gain at lease 20+ pounds. I've been working out for several years on and off but this last 8 months has been steady and planning on keeping it that way.

    Age: 25 1/4
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 60Kg (~132lbs - recently dropped ~2Kg)
    Goal: +10-15Kg (22-33lbs)

    Yes i know that my weight is on the low side. However, i'm still in the average range and not considered skinny for my height. I also have strong acid in my stomach, so my body burns alot. I average 5 meal per day and still barely gain any solid weight, more like i end up loosing weight.

    Daily diet:
    3L of water

    2x homemade weight gainer shakes:
    * 2scoop whey protein (~220kcal 42g protein)
    * 1 banana
    * 1tsp honey
    * 100g oat flakes cereals (~350kcal 12g protein)
    * 40g of milk powder (~160kcal 10g protein)

    4 whole scrambled eggs + bread + cucumber/tomato

    185g can of white tuna + bread

    + 2 average house meals

    Anyways, i added some body pictures and I'm hoping some of the pro's can tell me what they think or what do they suggest as a proper bulk cycle?
    Yes i know that my abs aren't that ripped its because i DON'T workout my abs.

    Thanks,

    Sorry man, but 60kg at your height is way to skinny to be cycling. You can do much more damage on the scale if you re-asses your diet. This cycle will do nothing for you if you aren't eating like that of someone 20lbs heavier than you.

    Well, we all got to start some time, some where at some point. But the skinny range is under 115lbs. It seems like i got light bones or something, cause i look heavier than my actual weight.

    Yes, everyone needs to start somewhere. In your case, the starting point would be your diet, not steroids.

    The nutrition section awaits you.

    170lbs? ...what is this joke? thats way too much, thats for fatties trying to cut down fat into muscles. Im going reverse, trying to bulk while being nicely cut. Also, if im 170lbs, i will look over 200lbs, at that range, there wont be any point trying to get bigger for my height...im not trying to look like an oversize midget.

    You need to learn how to eat to build muscles tissue because at your weight you have alot of weight to gain naturally, if you cant gain mass/weight at your age them steroids wont do anything for you because you haven't got a diet to maintain any kind of mass
