Ok fellas, I have been lurking these forums for a while now and have went through many many pages trying to find someone that is also built like me, and also have the same goals in mind as myself.. "was trying not to ask many question's and help myself"...... I have no intention of going the AAS route, I just want to get healthy the right way is all......
A few stats...
I am 25 yrs old
I am 5ft 6 inches tall
My current weight is 250lbs
My body fat is 27%
I have no cycle history
I have trained 4 years in the past, Have started again!!!!!!
Now this is my story
I started my journy at the unhealthy weight of 277lbs, BUT as I have read on these forum's that what I did was called a "crash" diet. After reading even more I have now realized that it is very unhealthy for me to do so.. So the next day I was soo Intrigued with everything that I have read, I decided to come back for more.. I have watched the Milos Sarcev videos as well as ready many many many post and now have a better understanding on how to diet correctly...
My problem is that I cannot find anyone with the same body situation as myself to just use there diet as a template for myself.. I have just now started training again and now I am in need of some kind of direction as where to start my diet plan. I am not asking somone to "hold my hand" and me not do anything to help, I am just asking for some direction is all.
If anyone is willing to help me I would be most in debt to them.
