    Bulk diet - Because BIG said so :)

    Okay just curious as to see if this diet would need any fixing and were it would need fixing.... Id be lookin to bulk wanna gain around 20-40 lbs and gain minimul bf% here we go
    feel free to comment anyhting..

    Breakfast

    6 egg whites 2 whole eggs
    3 pieces wheat grain french toast
    1 whole glass of chochlate milk

    Mid meal

    2 whole scoops whey
    pbj sandwich
    banana

    lunch

    any meat i can find from steak/chicken with a bowl of pasta or rice

    mid meal

    fruit and a tuna salad

    dinner

    any meat i can find from steak/chicken/tuna/fish
    bake potatoe and vegis

    mid meal/pre workout

    2 scops whey protein
    banana

    gym

    post workout

    2 scoops whey

    before sleep

    2scoops of peanutbutter..


    what you guys think??

    Way off. Look at this bulking diet I just fixed. Notice the corrections and general layout.

    Agreed, I don't like this diet at all. It's all over the place, dirty, and not well thought out.

    Follow Damien's suggestion and check out that diet. Overhaul your entire diet to look more like that one (with the corrections of course) and repost it here. To be honest, this current one is so far off that it's not worth fixing. You need to start over!

    Gaining 20-40lbs of weight with minimal increase in bodyfat? Good luck with that one unless we are talking about a 5-10 year goal.

    Yeah... 30 lbs or raw LBM would be a good goal over the course of a few years for sure.
