I know most people on here seem to really like getting all veiny but personally I don't like it at all. Which steroids seem to affect this the least? Thanks.

deca and test .... your diet plays a key role though
Thanks, anything for cutting that produces less vacularity?
Why is that such a WTF? It tends to be the cutting steroids that bring out vascularity. And although I know bodyfat has a lot to do with it, there is far more going on than that. I have been very lean without gear and didn't have veins popping out of me. It's increased rbcs, increased fluid, sodium retention and several other things. People are going on and on about whioch drugs will make them more vascular, I don't think it looks good, nor do any women.
the leaner you are the more vascular you get..
so just get fat and you'll be fine
Bodyfat %
It has nothing at all to do with what AAS you use.
You can try a new supplement called Vein Away. Its great. You can build all the muscle you want while shrinking your veins.
Kidding..... Agree 100% with atomini. It has to do with body fat. Some AAS will make you retain water and that will temporarily "hide" your veins but there isn't anything out there that I'm aware of that will not make you vascular. You need blood flow to build muscle
--Sprint
I'm on tren right now dude and i've used it many times before. You don't seem to understand the position of the original poster of this thread. The guy obviously has not done his research and knows very little about body composition changes and how to achieve them, and how they will affect aesthetics.
I'm talking about in the long term. Go look in the mirror a year after using tren and not doing any cycles afterwards and tell me if you're still vascular at 15%. It goes away pretty quickly.
Some of you guys need to stop being so pedantic on this forum. Yes, AAS increases vascularity due to certain secondary factors, and some do this more than others. But it doesn't remain like that for the rest of your life, and it won't show if you're 25% bodyfat, PERIOD.

I uderstand your point but your original statement was incorrect. NBD Certain Steroids increase RBC count and make your veins pop thats all. Thats something diet alone wont due.
I actually compete more in strength comp and would like to get skinny for once in my life but untill I hang up the chucks thats not really an option for me. I keep higherish BF-well by your guys standards anyways by design and still get very vasular from tren winni EQ etc. My only point was if your going to make a statement make it accurate or dont make it. No need to give false info just to make a point on diet.

Actually dude, I do know about body composition. I've been a competitive athlete my whole life and I am also a Physician. It's amazing how quickly you forum people jump to conclusions about someone's knowledge level. Most of these substances are various analogs of testosterone with slightly different effects. I am aware that most of the vascularity subsides too. However, I have patients who look like they have varicose veins all over their legs from extensive high dosing of certain steroids. The various vascular effects are not something in the pharmacology texts.
If you are asking a question like this you shouldn't be using AAS.
id suggest fatadrol its the latest and greatest anti-vascularity compound....
stats?
specific goals?
6' 190 Boxer/Martial Artist 10% bodyfat
Not huge but extremely strong for my weight
Been working out since I was 12, only done light, short cycles, most of my strength is not from gear
Not looking for much weight gain, just decrease the bodyfat a little, gaining a few pounds is fine if it is all muscle, contine to increase strength, hardness, cuts
some guys are genetically extremely vascular, and I'll tell you what it does. It can give them a false sense of a low bodyfat %, then they show up to a competition and get their ass handed to them! hahaha
I know a lot of women who love the shredded vascular look
this thread is nuts.
You said your an mma fighter.
If I saw two mma guys about to fight, and I knew nothing about either one of them. I would pick the one that looks more vascular compared to the "soft" looking one.
Just because being shredded and vascular is a sign of being in good shape.
Agreed. For the most part, what I've found, is that women are either far right or far left on this situation. They either like vascularity or they don't, but trust me there are indeed women who love it, and typically they're in great shape themselves, which is always a plus!![]()
I dont want to much veins......
why don't you concern yourself with some real side effects
I hate to break the news to you guys but extreme vascularity from AS is not healthy. And contrary to what alot of you think, it is not bringing more blood to the muscles. That is angiogenesis, where new capillaries are created. The reason you get a pump is because blood is trapped in the muscle. The veins deliver blood away from the muscles to the heart. Trust me it is not just bodyfat or genetics that causes vascularity. Certain drugs affect the neuromediators of the vein, dilating or constricting. Bulging veins are basically venous insufficiency where the there is a backup in the circulation. I think you know that Tren and Masteron suddenly cause veins to pop after a few weeks use. There are all kinds of skinny ass people and their veins aren't busting out. I can see not worrying about it too much if a little vascularity is what goes with getting huge and ripped but I don't understand why people seek out vascularity. To me big and shredded looks fit not veiny. Most of the boxers I know are not soft at all, totally shredded but not veiny and don't do much AS. But whatever, go enjoy your varicose veins everyone.
