    im 18. im alittle shy of 160 pounds. been lifting since 7th grade. im about 6 feet tall. i have no idea what my body fat is. Im always trying to gain weight but have problems doing that sometimes. I am only taking creatine and vitemans right now. The best advice anyone has ever told me was eat eat eat. but i still have alot of trouble gaining. i eat whole pizzas in one sitting and usually eat 5 times a day. please critique me and give me any pointers you can. thanks bros

    Must be an ectomorph... I'd say keep on eating everything you can..but try to eat clean. Just get your calories high and continue to lift hard and heavy to bulk up. You're definitely lean as hell now, just need to keep packin on the mass. But, very good structure and I can see you've got the small waistline goin on. Good luck...a couple years bulking and you will be there bro
