What im asking...
I need to start too cut because i know once my fat goes i will have a very impressive body! But i have a few problems one is PWO i cannot buy supplements (protein shakes) due to a standing with the family and i need to get high protein due to my workouts being intense.
Aswell i need a idea of what meals to eat throughout the day im thinking high protein medium carbs and medium fats i want to cut why gaining muscle.
It's late so im not describing my self very well so sorry for that all help is appreciated
