Seriously...do you say "thanks"? Or do you say "you're getting fatter"? Or what?
Because it isn't necessarily a compliment, it's more of a statement.
Reason I ask is because at my job there's about 60 employees and I am, by far, the most "in shape". (no e-brag) Everyone else is pretty much overweight or underweight and hardly anybody actually works out. So every now and then I'll get comments from my fellow co-workers and I don't know wtf to respond with.
One time someone made the statement, "dude, you're getting big", and so I decided to say "thanks" and I was all:
and then the person goes "I wasn't complimenting you, I was just sayin'"...so to their response, I was all:
So I'm sure you guys have been presented with this...what do you say??
I'm looking forward to your responses, whether serious or not...
