Hey folks, New Hampshah' guy here posting for the first time.
Was a scrawny weakling growing up...then started working out seriously in my mid 30s. Worked out about 7 years, all natural: picture is from 9 years ago. Was on all the boards though (I remember the FB meltdown, and still have recipes posted by Harvey Balboner from back then!)
Then the shit hit the fan, stopped working out, got divorced, and got fat.
Now, at age 50+, I'm newly remarried and getting ready to seriously hit the gym for my Last Hurrah....and expect to be supplementing a lot heavier than in my early days :-) Glad to have found you all, and brushing up on info.
