hey guys reaaaally need your help in this

... so i've been taking whey and white bred (yes i put them in the blinder) post workout, but i can't do it anymore .. it make me sick hehe

so can i just take sucrose (table sugar) after work i mean it's much easier than white bred :P
cause they say you need some fast carbs post workout
can i just take sucrose .. i mean it's a fast carb anyway right ?


and how about these studies saying that taking fat + whey after workout is much better than fast carbs + whey?
