Sup everyone. New here, just looking to gain as much information about gear before i start my cycle towards the end of this year. Been lifting for about 10 years now with the last 1 being in serious mode. I spent a lot of my beginner years with zero knowledge about diet and nutrition and it was when i spent time researching and studying the importance of you diet when i started to grow and see results. My stats are:
5'11
200lbs
30 years old.
BF % est. 12%
Some of my lifting stats are:
Bench: 325
Squat: 365
Deadlift: 420
Never done a cycle and i will most likely run Test E 500mg/Week for 12 weeks. Along with some Nolva and L-Dex through out the cycle and do the Nolva/Clomid PCT.
Right now im basically getting all my gear in and ready. Will not start until i have everything in hand.
