If you want to give some zest to your egg whites, try splashing it with some tabasco jalepeno sauce. Man !! It gives it that pickled egg taste with a nice little spice to it. I have to admit that eating those egg whites was getting old. But, now, with this sauce ? I'll woof down a half dozen of those babies, and you won't have to ask me twice.
