No longer going to work my arms

I have reached a plateau w. size for my arms and it is driving me up a fvcking wall! My whole body is growing, especially my chest and shoulders. However, my arms have stopped growing and i know this because I measure them weekly.

I have tried everything from setting aside an arm day to working my arms in with chest day and back day. Maybe i'm overtraining?

So, with that said, I plan on giving up directly working my arms for a while and seeing what becomes of it. I am so frustrated and i'm hoping for some advice/tips or people who do this style of training.

    FTR, I have 2 weeks left of a 700mg weekly cycle of Test E + M-Drol.

Yeah, measuring your arms "weekly" will set you up for immediate disappointment. Same with weighing yourself weekly. These types of changes don't happen in 5-7 days, they happen over months. More noticeably over years.

Toss the measuring tape aside, focus on training, diet, and resting as you have been. Change up your routine if need be, tweak your diet, then come back in a few months and gauge your progress.

Hawaiian, thanks for the response. Have you ever tried not training arms directly?

Yeah the results neither regressed nor progressed really. Since they were getting recruited throughout the week via compound movements, they basically maintained size.

My body responded well to both grouping arms with another day and dedicating a day to themselves. But not directly training them resulted in no progress.

What does a normal arm routine look like for you?

As usual, great advice from Hawaiian - So, let's see you're routine as requested above.

My $.02 on top of that would be that it's not just a matter of volume - I used to never give my arms enough rest between back/chest and they didn't grow. Once I made sure to do legs and rest one day in between allowing for 2 full days of upper body recovery before arms day - they grew.
