Just making my introductory post. Joined to start learning more about trainting, diet... Not a body builder, just need to lose a bunch of weight and get some strength and mobility back. Used to be active in judo. Recently recruted to help do some coaching. Too fat to move like I did when I was younger. Used to compete at 320 lb in college, moved good, quick, strong. Now all bad. lost some weight in last few months, kinda stuck, looking to learn the new ideas floating around out there. Looking at HIIT, high intensity interval training. Been doing long and steady type cardio, high rep weight training. Anyone with knowledge in weight lose training, lay it on me!
