I think that it is crazy how many theorys there are in ragards to when and how much cardio should be done where bulking or cutting. you could read all day long and find differant answers with differant 'science" behind there reasoning. For me i am trying to cut about 10-15lbs and for those that have been following my TRT questions and log know that i am on Test C 3rd shot will be this Wed and am having a bitch of a time figuring out diet and such. Now comes this cardio shit. I am 200lbs and about 15%bf prob a little lower not sure yet. I will be Making DAMN sure to be eating enough protein and super dosing BCAA but how much carido is too much. leave me a message and responce to what you all think.
