    Just saying whats up

Hey hows it going. Like alot of other new members I've been a forum follower for a decent time, so I finally decided to make an account. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself with alittle bit about me

    Age: 19
    Height: 6'4
    Weight: 218
    BF: 13-14%
    All natural

First off, just to ease your minds, I wanna say dont worry because I'm not some young kid here to ask any stupid questions about what I need to cycle to get huge or whats gonna get me ripped fast. I'm actually not interested in taking any anabolic substaces at this point in my life. Honestly, I'd be too afraid to use them due to my lack of knowledge and experience anyway. The main reason I like this forum and decided to join is because it seems to be full of very knowledgable people with alot of experience in the bodybuilding world. I want to learn as much as I can about every aspect of the sport so that hopefully someday I can compete even if only at the amateur level. I've already spent hours looking through the countless steriod profiles and informational stickes and still feel like i dont even know 1% of all there is to learn. It's all just really interesting imo.

I personally love being able to stay natural and countine to make amazing gains all while staying lean (19 is a pretty sick age, not gonna lie). Currently, I'm going to school for a Nutrition and Dietetics Degree, so bodybuilding along with nutrition is basically my entire life right now. I definantly know a good amount about proper nutrition and how to diet. Last summer I managed to cut down to around 7-8% BF without the use of any supplements besides good diet and excercise which I really believe is the most important aspect of any lifting regimen. I love the phrase "cant out train a bad diet" even though so many people I know think you can.

Anyway, just wanted to get that introduction outta the way. Looking forward to learning as much as I can from you guys and hopefully I'll be able to contribute alittle bit of what I know as well.
