I am 33 with a BMI of 28, I originally came to this site looking for the easy way out. After reading I realize that there is no easy way. I am the guy on the treadmill for hours at a time with little to show. I want to start with weights but have little experience. I also keep seeing diet diet diet so obviously that is important but really don't know where to start with that either. I purchased a Golds Home Gym so I have everything I need to start but would appreciate any suggestions. I am very committed but don't want to keep spinning the wheels which it feels as if I am doing on the treadmill.
