Well Im a 220lbs fat boy who needs to loose some weight bad...Ive tried dieting, I excersise...mainly cario and light weights...Really want to loose this belly...then start working on cutting up...what am I doing wrong and what can I use to help me! thanks!!!Oh BTW I live in the south east US was in the ARMY for ten years and now Im just a stay home dad going back to get an education...
