    Energy Drinks and Weight Lost.

    For the past two weeks i have been drinking about 1-2 redbulls a day and one Munster 32oz low car or sugar free stuff. Anyways i notice i stopped loosing weight and began to wonder if it was due to my energy drinks. Thanks.

    As long as they're sugar-free - they shouldn't hinder it directly. However, I imagine your cortisol levels are fvcked and it's just not healthy in general. You should have plenty of energy via endorphins and complex carbs living this lifestlye barring the standard pre-workout supp or cup of coffee here and there.

    No bro, i was addicted to ICE COFFEE before but i replace it with my energy drinks. It sucks not to have an addiction, Energy drinks are my addiction for now. I might find something else later in life.

    5 hour energy. When I did night shifts I lived on those.

    mate energy drinks are total crap. try to get your energy from your diet!
