thank's guys it is a 68 but it's a plymouth barracuda 408 stroker 904 trans with 3.91 gears it does look a little like a GTO .I do use AS that was my 2nd cycle just some test and deca and a little winny .

What is your chest workout? I'm trying to add some bulkto my chest and I've read it's not the presses that add the size, it's the flyes (heavy & light). Presses add the strength. Wanted to see what workes for you.

i work my chest once a week one week i go lite and the next i go heavy
i also do decline flies.hope this helps.

bench press heavy 4 sets 6-8 reps
incline press 3 sets 6-8 reps
incline flies 4 sets 8-10 reps
decline cable flies 4 sets of 8-10

lite week
same sets and exercies 10-12 reps
