    Hi!

    Introducing myself to everyone! I've been lurking (as many newbies, or "pinkies" as you call them for a little bit, and I really like this forum! Anyways, 30 year old female here. Was an athlete (rower) in college. I maintained and coached for a little after that. But that ended. Got a desk job. Got lazy. But I'm back in the gym now!

    Just looking for a cool place for support, questions, venting, etc. If one of the mods could hook me up with the private female forum, I would be much obliged!

    Thanks yo! (To everyone) I'm truly looking to get as strong as possible... which has always been a difficulty for me. Yeah yeah, I can blame the Irish genetics, but I think that can be overcome! I think I'm in the right company to figure it out.
