Hey everyone,
New member here, just joined today from the UK. Ive been looking through the internet for the last week or so getting some research and information on steroids etc so thought this would be the best place to look, read the posts and educational stickies and gain some knowledge.
A Bit About Me
27 years old, from England. 5'10 in height, currently weighing approximately 161 lbs (thats 11.5 stones or 73kg in all units). Since January 2010 I have been involved in a massive body overhaul and have dropped 70 pounds in weight and have been training now for about 12 weeks. In that twelve weeks ive been learning in the gym, what works for me, what doesn't etc. trying to develop a good split routine over the 5 or 6 days a week i train. Ive also been taking in a load of protein working on the 1g of protein for every pound of body fat.
Im a very athletic person, in that i play football (soccer) 4 times a week around my gym schedule and i want to develop and maintain an athletic, ripped look as opposed to building mass and being like a bodybuilder (obviously i know to gain that sort of muscle mass i need to overload on calories, which im not doing). So as it stands im currently trying to develop a lean, ripped physique with lean muscle to look athletic.
