USPS mail order question

Alright, I've read some threads on mail and signing for it and risks. My question now is this. How much is enough for them to consider it a "bulk" order and want to open it? I've read that smaller orders they don't worry about. But I plan on ordering two or three cycles at a time. Is that enough, on average per se, for them to be worried and want to open my package? Any info or opinions would be great.

Me i would just order my cycles separet. This may be my peranoia taking over but i would much rather pay the extra shiping.

Yeah it's the shipping that makes me wanna order like that. But I mean, it all comes in one envelope anyways. I know anythings possible but would it really raise flags compared to a box or something?

Yah i dont think it would make a diffrence but i cant say for sure. All my orders have been small. You should check out your source most sites say they guaranty there delivery. In case it does get seized by customes they will re send your gear for free to another addres.
