Yeah I switch out the two egg meals for two chicken meals every couple of days, keep them rotating. I also do add in sweet potato when they're on sale, switching it out for one of the cups of oatmeal (usually with chicken meals).
Why not cottage cheese in the AM? My reasoning for it is I'm taking in a quick digesting protein (whey) a medium digesting protein (eggs) and one that takes a bit longer to process, the cottage cheese. I figure that way I'm eliminating the chance of being empty if I end up without meal 2 for three hours or so, which unfortunately does happen.
