    Hiya folks,

Wow great site with some great information.

I'm 30 years old, male, 5ft 10 and have weighed 110lbs for as long as i can remember. In my 20's my weight never bothered me and I would regularly go to the gym to workout, in the last few years however I have started to feel more and more self conscious over my skinny frame and have lost the confidence to show my skin and bone in public.

I have friends that have been in the same boat as me, these people only started training when they were cycling AAS and the results I have seen have been simply amazing, I am seeing people transformed from skinny rats like me into beautifully sculpted figures.

I have very limited knowledge regarding AAS but have been thinking about doing a beginner test only cycle, I know the advice of this site is to get a few years training in and get my diet in order before even considering AAS but the fact is from what I have seen is not many people follow the proper route and still get amazing results. I've never used steroids before, I just want the confidence to start going back to the gym and get a little definition right now, I have seen friends who were as skinny as me completely transform their bodies after using AAS.

I'm 100% positive you can gain weight with the proper diet.

Post your diet in the diet forum, and we'll take a look.
