    tuna in sunflower oil

    Is sunflower oil a good fat source, I have some solid tuna in sunflower oil just wanna make sure

    Sunflower seeds and oil are very rich in unsaturated fats and omegas

    I've just started buying tuna in olive oil and think that might be a better choice. It's usually labeled as Tonno in Olive Oil. Ingredients should be Solid White (or light) tuna, olive oil, salt. That's it.

    Is sunflower just as good or no. Same amounts of mono an poly fats

    Yes, it's a perfectly fine fat source.

    I think palm is like vegetable oil. Harmless but doesn't offer much.
