Im sure this has been asked many times but can a PCT of serms be used as a cycle?

looking at this as the recommended PCT..

PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

is the L-dex the Liquid Letro 30mL 2.5mg/mL, or the LiquiDex 30mL 1mg/mL

Reason being for wanting the is i just got off a cycle HDROL oral and used OTC PCT so i just wanna make sure every thing is ok.

Also Since HDROL dosnt armo. would i need the AI?
