Some critique or advice on my diet woukd be very much appreciated please....?
STATS
AGE - 27
HEIGHT - 5'10
WEIGHT - 161 pounds
BF % - Approx 13%
DIET
BREAKFAST - 2 scrambled eggs with one slice of wholemeal toast
SNACK - Cup of green tea with a protein shake made with 200ml of water.
LUNCH - Tin of tuna with slice of wholemeal bread. Some salad greens.
SNACK - couple of pieces of fruit
DINNER - chicken breast or lean steak with wholewheat pasta or brown rice
Protein shake after workout with handful of almonds before bed
I work out with a split routine 5 nights a week. Goal is to look athletic and ripped as opposed to building huge mass (obviously I don't consume enough to grow big)
Any advice on tweaks etc would be appreciated, it's worth noting that I tend to try and limit carbs as I notice they put fat on me around my waist.
