hey guys whats up? im currently 6'3 /6'4 251 pounds at age 26. ive been on many bulking diets b4 and im trying to hit the big 300 lbs by may of nextyear lol. im looking for a good bulking diet that can help me out. I do about 30 mins. of cardio a day to help burn out some of the fat. so what ever you guys got im willing to try. thanks alot
