I don't know if I'm at the right place to be asking these questions, but I've looked around and this is what I found.. so I might as well ask.
I'm a female, 16yrs old, 5'3 and 189lbs. I really want to lose weight and as quickly as possible. My goal is to be down to 140lbs by june. I have no idea if this is a realistic goal or not. I've heard you can only lose 2lbs a week to keep it off. I started working out last week. I jogged on a treadmill usually for 15 to 20 minutes, did crunches, bicep curls, and another thing for triceps (I don't know what it's called). I started eating 5 times a day instead of the 5 and stayed away from junk food which I hadn't done before. I have already lost 3lbs and a inch and a half off my thigh and a little bit off my waist and hips. So if anyone would like to take the time to help me through this. I'd just like someone to tell me if I'm doing the right things to lose weight, if there's anything better I could do to lose weight quicker, and if my goal is even possible.
