    When to take what?

    I was wondering when to take supplements. I'm a newb I've been reading alot I might have missed this stuff sorry if I did before hand. Could I get alittle help?

    Should you mix them up during the day as you eat as in will they absorb better when you take them with food?

    1. Are there things you should eat them with for best absorbtion?
    2. Flax Seed and Flax seed oil (from what I've read spread out throughout the day)
    3. Multivitamins. (I heard at night) Any suggestions on a great one I realize you all prob take alot of single vitamins but I'm trying to keep things as simple as possible. It's not that I'm lazy but I'm working up to my first cycle and I'm trying to keep things as simple as I can. Adding on taking 10 different ones at 10 different times in the day... well you understand.
    4. No Milk with Potein (I read hurts aborbtion, Cassin or something) Soy Milk ok?
    5. Milk thistle.
    6. Fish Oil.
    7. Creatine (PreWorkOut) but I just read the "Creatine 60% better with Carbs" should I take it before and mix it in my postwork out shake--- Dextrose Carbs...?
    8. Dextrose (Postwork)

    That's about it for now. I'll add this into my diet plan and work on that next but I thought I deal with this first.

    3. take multivitamins whenever u want, i take them in the morning
    4. i usually mix my protein powder with milk, i have never heard or absorption issues.
    5. i believe milk thistle is only necessary when on cycle
    6. fish oil is good, take with food for best absorption
    7. creatine can be taken whenever, as long as you take it once a day it will always be in your system, and yes i believe sugar will help creatine absorption
    8. dextrose is very good post-workout

    depends on the supplement i suppose...be more specific?

    taken w/ a pro/fat meal is what ive done

    take mine frist thing in the morning...dont think timing matters w/ these

    i mix whey protein PWO w/ water...milk bloats me

    curious as to why you're supplementing w/ milk thistle...which oral roid are you taking? I split my dosages evenly first thing in morning and @ night...mainly for convenience

    what kind of creatine? mono, ethyl ester, kre alk? Ive taken kre-alk and CEE both pre/post workout & gaspari sizeon DURING workout...nvr taken mono-fear of BLOAT

    used to use dextrose in my pwo shake mixed in a 2:1 pro:carb ratio...had to stop using dextrose b/c i would crash like a mofo...switched up to ground up oats, noticed no difference in my recovery & did not crash

    That's about it for now. I'll add this into my diet plan and work on that next but I thought I deal with this first.

    curious as to why you're supplementing w/ milk thistle...which oral roid are you taking? I split my dosages evenly first thing in morning and @ night...mainly for convenience
    I havn't decided yet what I'm going to be taking yet. It will be my first ever cycle. I'd like to get some great gains and cut some fat I'm still trying to work on what it will include. I've "heard" even injectables can strain your liver somewhat so I was going to supp with the milk thistle just to be on the safe side. It will prolly be a cycle of weeks 1-12 test e 500mg/week and 1-4 dbol 40mg/day and of course a PCT after.

    Good question. To be honest I didn't know there were different kinds. Mono was the ones I was looking at but now that you mentioned bloat I'll look into those other options alittle more thanks for the heads up.

    Oats, really? I thought that that the whole idea was for it to be absorbed super fast, wouldn't oats absorb better but alot slower, I'm asking not stating that because I have family genes of diabetics, my blood sugars always been perfect but 3 grand parents and my mom have big problems... so you can see where taken 60grams of sugar kinda freaks me out. AND it will prolly make me crash hard like you, the oats idea sounds good, can you tell me more?

    PS I'm also going to be taking DHEA over the counter supps just cause I'm 39 and I heard they can help with over health, fat, sex life etc about 25mg twice a day.

    the purpose of carbs w/ whey PWO is to induce an insulin spike to better absorb/shuttle the protein to ur muskles...both low glycemic & high glycemic carbs WILL illicit a spike in insulin & in my experience recovery has not differed between the 2...I found 2:1 pro:carb ratio to work out best for me

    Hey Jase I want to do a similar cycle after I get my bf% down more

    when do you plan on starting? I'm looking forward to hearing about it. Will this be your first??

    This if my first, I just posted the Draft cycle to see how I did. Check it out and let me know what you think. As for when, I guess this going to probably be 2 months or so depending. I don't know anyone to get gear from and I'm scared as hell about injecting something into myself and getting an infection so I'm just going to wait for a mod to help me out after my days/posts tenure kicks in.

    Diet is huge so if my cycle looks good I'm going to work on a detailed 7 day meal plan to post- Mon's this, Tues that and just be anal about it all.

    I'm not an anal person by nature- the oppisite really so I have to make a detailed plan written on paper of what to do so I don't forget something or f-somthing up, or just plainly say "to hell with it" and go to Mc Donalds!

    from my limited research, I plan on doing one exactly like this, it will be my 2nd cycle, but my last one was 10 years ago lol

    I can tell you diet is key and making and keeping a log does wonders for me man. Also search for post cycle diet posts, very informative!!
