First time ever posted on this type of forum. I am 48 years old and have been working out steady for the past 8 years. I am 5'10 184 lbs with about 20% BF. I am a very hard gainer and have been off and on different tribulus supplements for the past year. I eat a healthy diet and about 4-5 meals a day.
I am interested in a cycle that will help me accomplish two things... first gain lean muscle mass, and two lose fat. I dont want to retain much water, no side effects (if possible), and I want it to stick once it ends. I have been doing a lot of research the last couple of weeks and have been getting a lot of mix messagages.
I guess I am posting to get some ideas as to what can help me achieve my goals. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
